Coming to Helinet in 2022, Victor Lee manages the company’s Electronic Newsgathering (ENG) and Helinet Technologies divisions after serving as the Sales Manager for Shotover Systems from 2016 to 2021 and running his own company, Victor Lee & Associates Inc. for over ten years. In his previous roles, Victor specialized in consultation services for a wide range of missions, including advanced targeted aerial HAZMAT fire suppression, high voltage transmission line inspection, as well as LiDAR and Vegetation management. 

Notable projects in which Lee played an instrumental role include the first customized BELL 430 with 4K technology, monitoring and transmission systems for live news broadcasting, and developing a next-generation border patrol detection system for rotorcraft counter asymmetric threats. Lee also holds a Private Pilot Certificate and multiple UAS Pilot certifications, including the first FAA Shotover U2 132lb operational waiver, the highest granted for the Motion Picture Industry by the FAA to date.
